Nosipho is an acclaimed award winning former CEO of the Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT), a private sector coal export Logistics Company based in South Africa, with Anglo American, Glencore and South 32 being the 3 major shareholders. She has been an executive in the areas of Port Management, Port Logistics and Supply Chain for more than 22 years. She is a woman of many firsts; she was appointed as the first (of any race) woman Port Manager in East London and has been a first in many executive hard core operational roles until she left the corporate sector as the first (of any race) woman CEO in RBCT.

She is currently the Senior Vice President for the Global Supply Chain at Sasol LTD, again the first (of any race) woman in that role.
