MARK ESPOSITO
Mark Esposito teaches Business, Government & Society & Economic Strategy and Competitiveness for Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education and serves as Institutes Council Co-Leader, at the Microeconomics of Competitiveness program (MOC) at the Institute of Strategy and Competitiveness, at Harvard Business School. He was named one of the emerging tomorrow's thought leaders most likely to reinvent capitalism by Thinkers50, the world’s premier ranking of management thinkers and inducted into the "Radar" of the 30 most influential thinkers, on the rise. Mark holds a B.A. and M.A in Social Sciences from the University of Turin in Italy, a PhD in Business and Economics from the International School of Management in Paris/New York and an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration from Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech.
TERENCE TSE
Terence is a co-founder and CFO of Nexus Frontier Tech, which customises artificial intelligence products for its clients to build up new capabilities to attain unfair business advantage. He is also a Professor of Finance at the London campus of ESCP Europe Business School. In addition to consulting to the EU and UN, Terence has written more than 100 articles and regularly provides commentaries on the latest current affairs, market developments, education, artificial intelligence and blockchain in many outlets including the Financial Times, The Guardian, The Economist, CNBC, Les Echos, the World Economic Forum and the Harvard Business Review (Chinese, English, French, Italian and German).
SIZWE MPOFU-WALSH
Sizwe Mpofu-Walsh is a South African author, musician and activist. Mpofu-Walsh was president of the University of Cape Town Students' Representative Council in 2010. He holds an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford. Mpofu-Walsh attended the University of Cape Town, earning an Honours degree in Politics Philosophy and Economics in 2012. He was SRC President in 2010, where his SRC was the first to successfully challenge the university's proposed fees increase, reducing it from 12% to 8% Mpofu-Walsh won the City Press-Tafelberg Award for promising non-fiction for his book Democracy and Delusion: 10 Myths in South African Politics, published in September, 2017.
NOSIPHO SIWISA DAMASANE
is an acclaimed award winning former CEO of the Richards Bay Coal Terminal (RBCT), a private sector coal export Logistics Company based in South Africa, with Anglo American, Glencore and South 32 being the 3 major shareholders. She has been an executive in the areas of Port Management, Port Logistics and Supply Chain for more than 22 years. She is a woman of many firsts; she was appointed as the first (of any race) woman Port Manager in East London and has been a first in many executive hard core operational roles until she left the corporate sector as the first (of any race) woman CEO in RBCT. She is currently the Senior Vice President for the Global Supply Chain at Sasol LTD, again the first (of any race) woman in that role.
MQONDISI GUMEDE
has extensive experience in the interconnected fields of Strategy, People, Marketing and Technology. In his many roles over the years, Mqondisi has advised the likes of KPMG, Momentum, eBucks, SA Tourism, flySAA.com, Coca Cola - ECABU region (the 27 country East and Central Africa Business Unit) and Eskom, while playing a role in the delivery of solutions for many more leading brands such as Yokohama Tires, Bonitas, and the re-launched African Bank. Mqondisi also spent 3 years at South Africa's largest alternative building technology company - ImisonTM, last occupying the position of General Manager: Operations. He is currently the Joint Managing Director: Strategy and Business Development at Fogg, a communication boutique for our connected age.
